War on Women
Some of you may have noticed that I haven’t posted anything for a while. I haven’t gone away, I’ve just been very busy at work over the last several months because we have implemented a new data system.
I generally don’t watch the presidential debates, but I hear the highlights from the news. The biggest thing that caught my attention from last night’s Democrat Party debate was candidate Hillary Clinton’s comments about Republican opposition to abortion as being a form of “Big Government”, suggesting that being against abortion is hypocritical to a stance for smaller government.
Just for the record Mrs. Clinton, the words “choose” and “murder” are not interchangeable. An unborn fetus is not a “growth of flesh” inside a woman’s uterus, it is a “person”. And abortion isn’t a “right”, it is an “evil desire”. Hillary Clinton defines “War on Women” as opposing a woman’s EVIL DESIRE to MURDER a PERSON who has not been born. If that is a “War on Women” it is a righteous war that the “Women” need to loose.
But how is it a “War on Women”? It is certainly not a war on the millions of women they are murdering in the womb. And it certainly isn’t a war on the millions of women who oppose abortion. So it seems to me that their definition of “women” is also skewed. Maybe we should call it a “War on a minority of women who are so unrestrained in their carnal desires to have sex without consequences, that they would rather murder their own offspring than take responsibility for their actions.”

Psalm 139:13-16 - For You created my inmost being; You knit me together in my mother’s womb. I praise You because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; Your works are wonderful, I know that full well. My frame was not hidden from You when I was made in the secret place, when I was woven together in the depths of the earth. Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in Your book before one of them came to be. (NIV)
